St. Louis, Mo., June
7, 2004-Taylor-Morley Community Partnership
Board Member, Andrea Lenzen, and Taylor-Morley
Human Resource Manager, Deb Angelbeck, presented
Lawson Calhoun, CEO of The Olive Branch,
with a $2,500 donation on May 12.
"After reviewing the Olive Branch's
mission, we knew the criteria coincided
with our mission and qualified for receiving
a donation from our organization,"
explained Lenzen, who also is a Chair on
the Partnership's Allocation Team.
The Olive Branch provides residential and
social services to homeless pregnant and
parenting adolescents as they continue their
education, maintain their young family and
work toward becoming self-sufficient. Their
residents range from ages 16-21 and are
homeless when they enter the program. The
Olive Branch provides a home for up to 24
months while the adolescents complete their
education and learn how to care for their
young infant. The donation will be used
to primarily purchase needed furniture and
appliances for the adolescents in homes.
The mission of the Community Partnership
at Taylor-Morley Homes is to establish,
or assist in the restoration of the quality
of life for individuals in need. With a
true commitment from our trade partners,

both financial and volunteer support through
fund raising and sharing of our time and
talents. By showing those in need compassion,
understanding and support we hope to build
a caring community where all are welcome
and want to live.
