Master Cai's Ying Xia's CiTong Kung Fu Association recently opened a new martial art school at The Boxing Gym located rear entrance, lower level, 14532 Manchester Road Ballwin, MO 63011. Master Cai recently accepted new employment and will soon permanently move from St. Louis. Master Cai is very appreciative of all of his students and the unwavering support from their parents. Most of all he appreciates your continued support in keeping CiTong Kung Fu alive and prospering.
After studying the Okinawan Martial Arts for over 40 years, including competition, attaining the rank of Black Belt, Chief Instructor/Partner in the 1980's of The Sanshin School of the Martial Arts, studying Tiger Respect in Fuzhou, China with Guo Kong Xi and finally having the privilege and honor in studying over the last ten years with Master Cai Ying Xia, I can attest, without reservation that Master Cai Ying Xia is one of the finest martial art teachers in the world! Although saddened that he must leave St. Louis, he takes pride and satisfaction in knowing that his martial art legacy continues through CiTong Kung Fu Association, DizHi, Juan Kuanfung, Mr. Lawrence M. Abrams and his students.
Experienced or inexperienced, adult or youth, CiTong Kung Fu Association welcomes ALL that are dedicated to learning traditional/classical martial arts dating back to the Qian Dynasty, Shaolin Temples in Quan Zhou and Yong Tai. Building Blocks taught by CiTong Kung Fu include Effort, Sincerity, Self-Control, Character and Form. These are just a few of the principles you will learn by studying with us. We welcome ALL to help us preserve Master Cai Ying Xia's Kung Fu Martial Art for generations to come!
Master Cai Ying Xia will continue to periodically travel to St. Louis to observe and instruct students, especially during prearranged ranking ceremonies so that he can continue to observe students progress from one ranking level to the next. He looks forward to these visits.
