Another service of LOCCCSC is a walk-in/call-in program where people with questions may ask for assistance. People of all ages consult with Teacher Liu and receive help filling out forms, making appointments, going through mail, etc.
Light of Christ Chinese Community Service Center relies on volunteer teachers for each of the morning classes. The Center relies solely on donations by participants and the annual fundraising dinner. A grant has partially funded the salary of the part-time director and a portion of the transportation costs in 2016 and 2017. Therefore, donations from participants and their families are extremely important for the continued operation of the Center.
