五行中有相生相克一说。 “天地有五行，人有五脏，而五脏亦配合五行。 其实，五行除代表我们熟悉的五种物质：金、木、水、火、土之外，也代表了我们的五脏：心、肝、脾、肺、肾，同时可引申出五色：白、青、黑、红、黄。只要每餐都吸收到五色的食品便可做到五行相生，达到调和五脏，从而滋补身体的机能。”
Bringing ancient wisdom to the modern world, this series of programs unravels the concept of Yang Sheng, which means “fostering health and well-being by nurturing body, mind, and spirit in harmony with natural rhythms.” Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) originated in ancient China and has evolved over thousands of years. TCM practitioners use herbal medicines and various mind and body practices, such as acupuncture and Tai Chi, to treat or prevent health problems.
