STLCC to Host Enrollment Open House Events Aug. 2

        St. Louis Community College will host enrollment open house events 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Florissant Valley, Forest Park, Meramec and Wildwood campuses as well as the South County Education and University Center.

        Participants at each site will have an opportunity to talk to students, faculty and staff about degree and career programs. Counselors and advisors will be on hand to help prospective students register for fall classes, which begin Aug. 25. Financial aid specialists also will be available to discuss college payment options. Representatives from student organizations will provide information and answer questions about campus life.

        Food and prizes, including scholarships for textbooks and an iPod Shuffle, will be offered at each site.

        Campus and education center addresses are as follows: Florissant Valley, 3400 Pershall Road in Ferguson; Forest Park, 5600 Oakland Ave. in St. Louis; Meramec, 11333 Big Bend Road in Kirkwood; Wildwood, 2645 Generations Drive in Wildwood; and the South County Education and University Center, 4115 Meramec Bottom Road in south St. Louis County.
