This workshop will cover topics such as systems for incorporating your business, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, legal pitfalls, how to choose the right accounting software, payroll and tax concerns, and how to prepare a first-year budget. Program presenters are attorneys Marc Jacob and George Lenard and certified public accountants Karen McCollum and Jeffery Yount.
